For the informal proceeding, please submit by October 12, 2005 to licwang@ece.ucsb.edu (Due to the production time required, we need to make this date earlier from October 14 to 12th. Sorry)

For regular paper, please e-mail your PDF file.
For invited paper/presentation, please send title, authors, and an abstract. A full paper is welcome.
For special session, please send the name(s) of session organizer(s), title and a short description of the session.

For the presentation PPT file, please e-mail by October 28, 2005 to licwang@ece.ucsb.edu

For regular paper, invited paper/presentation, I will encourage you to send your PPT by this deadline.

MTV will publish a formal proceeding afterwards. The procedure to publish in this formal proceeding will be announce during MTV 05.
